How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for most excursions and services. For peak season (June-August and December-January), safari packages, or custom itineraries, booking 1-3 months ahead is advisable to ensure availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards. For bookings, we typically require a 30% deposit to confirm, with the remaining balance due upon arrival or before the service date.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes, we provide reliable airport transfer services to and from Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ) to any location on the island. Our drivers will meet you at the airport with a sign bearing your name.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled trip receive a full refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.
