By accessing and using ZanzibarTravelHelper services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment is typically due before the service date unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before are non-refundable.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, ZanzibarTravelHelper is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
